Delicious Ragi Fruit-Filled Crepes: Healthy Finger Millet Treats

Ingredients

– 1 cup finger millet flour
– 1 cup water
– 1 cup milk
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 banana, sliced
– 1 peach, diced
– 1 cup mixed berries
– 2 tablespoons honey
– Butter for cooking

Method

1. In a bowl, mix finger millet flour, water, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
3. Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan, swirling to form a thin layer. Cook for about 2–3 minutes until golden.
4. Flip the crepe and cook the other side for another minute, then place it on a plate.
5. Spread honey on the crepe, add sliced banana, diced peach, and mixed berries. Roll it up and enjoy.
