Ingredients

– 500 g flank steak
– 500 g skirt steak
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 teaspoons paprika
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 lemon, juiced
– Fresh coriander, for garnish

Method

1. Start by mixing the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Place the flank steak and skirt steak in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meat, making sure it is well coated.
3. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated steaks on the grill.
5. Cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached. Remove the meat from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
