Ingredients
- 500g fish fillets
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
- Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a saucepan, combine water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring this mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the fish fillets into the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and chopped dill into the garlic mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes and add black pepper to taste, then serve over the fish with some fresh parsley on top.
