Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
- In another bowl, combine milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until blended.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
