Ingredients
– 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1 cup grated cheese
– 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon pepper
– 4 sheets puff pastry, thawed
– 1 egg, beaten
– 1 tablespoon milk
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the spinach, ricotta, grated cheese, feta, oregano, salt, and pepper together.
3. Lay one pastry sheet on a baking tray and spoon half of the cheese mixture along the center.
4. Fold the sides of the pastry over the filling. Seal the edges by pressing down with a fork.
5. Brush the pastry with beaten egg mixed with milk. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
