Ingredients
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1/4 cup mustard
– 1/4 cup vegetable oil
– 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (optional)
Method
1. In a small bowl, mix the honey, mustard, vegetable oil, and apple cider vinegar.
2. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
3. Once popping begins, shake the pot occasionally until the popping slows down.
4. Remove the pot from the heat and add the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
5. Drizzle the honey-mustard sauce over the popcorn and toss gently. Add herbs if desired.
