Ingredients
– 1 cup pizza dough
– 1 cup tomato sauce
– 2 cups shredded cheese
– 1 medium tomato, sliced
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon olive oil
– 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
– 1/2 cup sliced olives
– 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Layer the cheese, sliced tomato, bell peppers, olives, and mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
5. Drizzle olive oil on top and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
