Ingredients
– 400 g ziti pasta
– 250 g mushrooms, sliced
– 1 cup corn kernels
– 3 cups pasta sauce
– 1 teaspoon olive oil
– 2 cups shredded cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Cook the ziti pasta in boiling water for about 8-10 minutes until slightly firm. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine sautéed mushrooms with corn, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
4. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and mushroom mixture, then transfer it to a baking dish.
5. Top the mixture with shredded cheese and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
