– 50 g melted butter

Method

1. Start by mixing the warm water, sugar, and instant yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Combine flour, salt, and vanilla extract in a separate large bowl. Whisk them together until well mixed.
3. Pour the yeast mixture, eggs, and melted butter into the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well combined into a dough.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth. Place it in a bowl and cover with a cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Heat the oil in a deep pan. Roll the risen dough into small balls. Fry them until golden brown and finish by dusting with powdered sugar.
