Ingredients

– Salt to taste
– Water, as needed
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
Method
1. Start by placing the cooked beetroot, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic into a food processor.
2. Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy.
3. While blending, drizzle in the olive oil and add cumin. Combine everything well.
4. If the hummus is too thick, add a little water until you reach the desired consistency.
5. Season with salt, then serve in a bowl and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
