Ingredients

– 1/4 cup raisins
– 1/4 cup chopped nuts
– Fresh berries for topping
– Pinch of salt

Method

1. In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats, milk, and a pinch of salt.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
3. Once boiling, reduce heat and mix in the mashed banana, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
4. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove from heat, then stir in raisins and nuts. Serve hot topped with fresh berries.
