Ingredients

Method
1. Start by boiling the water in a pot.
2. Once boiling, add the grated ginger and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the honey, lemon juice, and salt.
4. If you want to add green tea, mix it in at this stage and let it steep for a few more minutes.
5. Strain the tea into cups and add mint leaves or a cinnamon stick if desired.
