Ingredients
– 4 pieces of salmon fillet (about 150g each)
– 60 ml honey
– 60 ml mustard
– 30 ml lemon juice
– 1 clove of garlic, minced
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– Fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
– Olive oil, for drizzling
Method
1. Preheat your broiler or grill on high.
2. In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Stir until combined.
3. Place salmon on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the honey-mustard mixture over the salmon, ensuring each piece is well coated.
5. Broil the salmon for about 10 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped rosemary, if you like.
