Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, sliced
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 300 ml coconut milk
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon fish sauce
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– Fresh basil leaves
Method
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until soft.
3. Stir in the sliced chicken and cook until it’s browned and cooked through.
4. Pour in the coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add the sliced red bell pepper and basil leaves, and cook for another 2 minutes.
