Ingredients
– 500 ml of cottage cheese
– 2 eggs
– 100 g of sugar

– 300 g of plain flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– A pinch of salt
– Oil for frying
– Sour cream for serving

Method
1. Start by mixing the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
2. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until everything is well blended.
3. Form the dough into small balls, then slightly flatten them. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
4. Fry the doughnuts in batches until they are golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Once cooked, place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm with sour cream and your favorite jam.
