Ingredients
– 6 large eggs
– 2 tbsp mayonnaise
– 1 tbsp mustard
– 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)
– 4 slices of bread, for serving
Method
1. Boil the eggs in a pot for about 10-12 minutes. Once done, remove them and cool under cold water.
2. Peel each egg and place them in a bowl. Mash the eggs using a fork until you reach a chunky consistency.
3. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, celery, and red onion to the mashed eggs. Mix well to combine.
4. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. If using dill, fold it in gently at this stage.
5. Serve the egg salad on slices of bread or in a salad bowl.
