– 1.5 kg beef chuck roast
– 1 tablespoon salt
– 1 tablespoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 2 onions, chopped
– 4 carrots, chopped
– 3 potatoes, cut into chunks
– 500 ml beef broth
– 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
– 2 teaspoons dried thyme

Method

1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
