– 500g chicken wings
– 1 cup barbecue sauce

– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1 bunch of fresh parsley, chopped

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with foil for easy cleanup.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the wings evenly.
3. Arrange the chicken wings on the prepared tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
4. While the wings are baking, mix together the barbecue sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl.
5. After 30 minutes, remove the wings from the oven. Brush the sauce mixture over the wings and return to the oven. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until sticky and cooked through.
