Spicy Indo-Chinese Asparagus Stir-Fry Recipe For Flavor Lovers

Ingredients

– 500 g asparagus, trimmed
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1 tsp ginger, minced
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 red chili, finely chopped
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp vinegar
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add ginger, garlic, and red chili. Stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Toss the asparagus into the pan and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until tender.
4. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the asparagus.
5. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring well to coat the asparagus evenly.
