Method
1. Start by rinsing the fresh mint leaves under cold water.
2. Place the mint, coconut milk, frozen bananas, honey, and vanilla extract into a blender.
3. Add the ice cubes and protein powder if using. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour the smoothie into glasses, leaving some room at the top.
5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired, then serve immediately.
