Ingredients
– 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1 cup water
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup buffalo sauce
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Then place them on the prepared baking tray.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
5. Take the tray out and brush buffalo sauce over the baked cauliflower. Return it to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
