Ingredients
– 1 cup crushed biscuits
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 2 cups cream cheese
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons gelatine
– 1/4 cup water
Method
1. Combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a dish to form the crust.
2. In a different bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
3. Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and gelatine mixed with warm water into the creamy mixture. Stir until everything is blended well.
4. Carefully chop fresh strawberries and fold them into the cheesecake mixture.
5. Pour the filling onto the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
