Ingredients
– 2 cups of cooked rice
– 1 cup of chopped vegetables (like carrots and peas)
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
– 2 green onions, sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Method
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute.
3. Stir in the chopped vegetables and cook until tender.
4. Push the veggies to the side and scramble the eggs in the empty space of the pan.
5. Mix everything together with the rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
