Ingredients
– 1 bunch of green onions
– 1 bowl of cold water (about 500 ml)
– 1 small clean brush or cloth
Method
1. Rinse the green onions under cold running water to remove dirt.
2. Fill a bowl with cold water and gently submerge the green onions.
3. Swirl the onions in the water to help loosen any remaining dirt.
4. Use a clean brush or cloth to scrub the roots and the green parts carefully.
5. Lift the onions out and let them drain on a clean towel.
