Ingredients
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/2 cup butter, melted
– 1 teaspoon baking soda

– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup sultanas
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Mix in the melted butter and honey until everything is well combined.
4. Fold in the sultanas until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
5. Spoon the mixture onto the baking tray, leaving space between each spoonful, and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
