Homemade Tagliatelle Recipe: Easy Steps To Perfect Pasta

Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 3 large eggs
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Extra flour for dusting

Method

1. Pour the flour onto a clean surface or into a large mixing bowl. Create a well in the center of the flour.
2. Crack the eggs into the well. Add the salt and olive oil.
3. Use a fork to mix the eggs gently, gradually incorporating the flour from the edges.
4. Knead the dough for about 8 minutes until it’s smooth. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into tagliatelle strips. Dust with flour to prevent sticking.
