– 1 tsp pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 50ml vegetable oil
– Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Method
1. Start by slicing the chicken breast into thin fillets. Use a knife carefully.
2. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix them well.
3. Whisk the eggs in another bowl until blended. Set it aside.
4. Coat each chicken piece first in the flour mixture, then dip it into the eggs, and finally cover it with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
