Ingredients

Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the chicken broth, then add the shredded chicken, frozen peas, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
