Ingredients
– 1 large pizza base
– 200 ml pizza sauce
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
– 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
– 1 small red onion, sliced
– 1 tsp garam masala
– 1 tsp cumin powder
– Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
– 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
2. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the large pizza base.
3. In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with garam masala and cumin powder.
4. Top the sauce with seasoned chicken, bell peppers, red onion, and mozzarella cheese.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
