Ingredients

– 1 large cauliflower
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then cut it into medium-sized florets.
3. In a large bowl, combine the florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully coated.
4. Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking tray and roast for 25 to 30 minutes until it’s golden and crispy.
