– 4 medium zucchinis

Method

1. Start by washing the zucchinis. Cut them into thin rounds.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the zucchini slices to the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they become tender.
