– 200 g black pudding

Method
1. Begin by slicing the black pudding into small rounds.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the black pudding slices. Cook for about 5 minutes, turning until crispy.
3. While cooking, chop the apples and onion into thin pieces.
4. In a small bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
5. Once the pudding is ready, toss the salad leaves, apple, onion, and walnuts in a large bowl with the dressing. Add the warm black pudding on top and serve.
