Ingredients
– 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
– 1 cup sparkling water
– 1 cup lemonade
– 1/2 cup orange juice
– 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 cups ice cubes
– Extra strawberries and mint for garnish
– 2 tablespoons lime juice
– Optional: food coloring for fun
Method
1. Begin by placing the strawberries in a large jug.
2. Add the mint leaves and use a muddler or the back of a spoon to crush them gently.
3. Pour in the honey, lime juice, and orange juice. Stir well to mix everything together.
4. Add the ice cubes, sparkling water, and lemonade to the jug. Mix lightly to combine.
5. Serve in glasses, and garnish with extra strawberries and mint leaves.
