Ingredients
– 250g firm tofu
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1 small piece of ginger, grated
– 4 cups vegetable broth
– 180g ramen noodles
– 2 cups spinach
– 2 green onions, chopped
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
1. Begin by draining and pressing the tofu to remove excess water. Cut it into bite-sized cubes.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking them for about 30 seconds.
3. Place the tofu in the pan and pour the soy sauce over it. Cook until the tofu is golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
4. In a separate pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
5. After the noodles are cooked, stir in spinach and cooked tofu. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
