Method
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and ginger; stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Include the sliced chicken and cook until it turns white and is no longer pink.
4. Mix in the fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, and vegetables. Stir for 5-7 minutes until the veggies are tender.
5. Sprinkle chili powder on top and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
