Ingredients
– 2 cups green peas (fresh or frozen)

– 1 teaspoon garam masala

– ½ cup water
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
3. Stir in the chopped onion and cook until it becomes golden brown.
4. Mix in the ginger-garlic paste, followed by the chopped tomatoes, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
5. Once the mixture is cooked, add the peas and water. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, sprinkle garam masala before serving.
