Delicious Soufflé Milk Buns Recipe: Light, Fluffy & Irresistible

Ingredients

– 500 ml milk
– 60 g butter
– 10 g instant yeast
– 50 g sugar
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 2 eggs
– 500 g plain flour
– 1 egg (for egg wash)

Method

1. Warm the milk gently in a saucepan and melt the butter in it.
2. Add the instant yeast, sugar, and salt to the milk mixture. Stir until everything is dissolved.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then gradually mix in the plain flour to form a soft dough.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until it is smooth. Place it in a bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about one hour.
5. Once the dough has doubled in size, shape it into small buns and place them on a baking tray. Brush them with beaten egg and let them rise again for about 30 minutes before baking at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
