Ingredients

– 100 g prosciutto

– Freshly ground black pepper
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Begin by preheating the oven to 180°C.
2. Cut the pears in half and scoop out the seeds.
3. Mix soft cheese, honey, thyme, and black pepper in a bowl.
4. Spread the cheese mixture into the hollowed-out pears and wrap each half with prosciutto.
5. Arrange the wrapped pears in an oven-safe dish. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 15 minutes until the prosciutto is crispy.
