Ingredients
- 450 g sausages, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cabbage, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Method
- In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic. Cook until soft and fragrant.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Mix in the milk and cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Heat through and serve.
