Ingredients
- 2 ripe pears, sliced
- 100 g gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 100 g mixed salad leaves
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Method
- Wash the salad leaves and place them in a large bowl.
- Slice the pears and add them to the bowl with the leaves.
- Sprinkle the crumbled gorgonzola cheese and chopped walnuts over the top.
- In a small jar, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently.
