Ingredients
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 90 g sugar
- 5 g vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 180 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 ml water (for boiling)
- 250 ml sour cream (for serving)
- Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)
Method
- Start by mixing cottage cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Add baking soda, flour, and salt to the mixture. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls, making sure they are smooth.
- Boil water in a large pot. Gently drop the balls into the pot and cook for about 10 minutes until they float.
- Remove the balls and serve warm with sour cream and fresh berries on top.
