Ingredients
– 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
– 1 cup of breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup of plain flour
– 1/2 cup of milk
– 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon of paprika
– 1/4 cup of hot sauce
– 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and coat it well, then roll it in breadcrumbs.
4. Place the coated florets on the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Mix melted butter and hot sauce together, then drizzle over the baked cauliflower.
