Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
1. Measure all ingredients and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir everything together until well combined.
3. Use your hands to form small balls from the mixture.
4. Place the balls on a tray lined with baking paper.
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
