Ingredients
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp agar-agar powder
- 2 cups lychees, canned or fresh
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Combine coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Mix agar-agar with water and add it to the saucepan. Keep stirring until it boils.
- Remove from heat. Add vanilla extract and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Pour into serving cups and add lychees on top before refrigerating for about 4 hours.
