Delicious Lychee Coconut Milk Pudding Recipe For Summer Treats

Ingredients

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp agar-agar powder
  • 2 cups lychees, canned or fresh
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Combine coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Mix agar-agar with water and add it to the saucepan. Keep stirring until it boils.
  4. Remove from heat. Add vanilla extract and let the mixture cool slightly.
  5. Pour into serving cups and add lychees on top before refrigerating for about 4 hours.
