Kumquat Jam Recipe

Ingredients
500 g kumquats
1 ½ cups water
1 ½ cups sugar
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon lemon zest

Method
1. Rinse the kumquats under cold water and cut them in half.
2. Place the kumquats and water in a large saucepan.
3. Boil the mixture for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the kumquats are soft.
4. Add sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the saucepan, then stir until the sugar dissolves.
5. Simmer the jam for another 30 minutes, then pour it into sterilized jars and seal.
