Delicious Indo-Chinese Spicy Asparagus Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients

– 500 g asparagus, trimmed
– 2 tbsp oil
– 1 tsp ginger, minced
– 1 tsp garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp chili sauce
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1 onion, sliced
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method

1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook until soft, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add trimmed asparagus, soy sauce, chili sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
5. Sprinkle black pepper over the top before serving.
