Ingredients
– 8 passion fruits
– 2 cups water
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
1. Cut the passion fruits in half. Scoop out the pulp and seeds into a bowl.
2. Pour the water into a saucepan. Add the passion fruit pulp and sugar to the saucepan.
3. Heat the mixture over medium heat. Stir gently until the sugar fully dissolves.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil. Allow it to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove from heat and strain the liquid into a clean jar. Stir in the lemon juice and let it cool.
