Ingredients
– 4 large tortillas
– 500 g of chicken breast
– 1 cup of lettuce, shredded
– 1 cup of tomatoes, diced
– 1/2 cup of cucumber, sliced
– 1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
– 1/4 cup of olives, sliced
– 1/4 cup of yogurt
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
Method
1. Begin by heating olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
2. While the chicken cooks, prepare the vegetables. Chop lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber.
3. Once the chicken is done, mix in dried oregano for flavor. Take the pan off the heat.
4. Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
5. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, and olives. Add a dollop of yogurt, then roll up each tortilla tightly.
