Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon ground ginger
– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

– 1 cup milk
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 1 large egg
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a donut pan with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, combine the milk, oil, and egg. Stir this mixture well.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until everything is combined but be careful not to over-mix.
5. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each donut shape about two-thirds full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown.
