Delicious Garlic Kale Recipe: Healthy And Flavorful Side Dish

Ingredients

– 1 bunch kale
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tablespoon water

Method

1. Rinse the kale thoroughly and remove the tough stems. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
3. Toss in the kale along with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir the mixture until the kale wilts down, usually around 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the lemon juice and water. Mix everything and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
